Thanksgiving Dinner Cooking Tips:

Set oven to 350 for all dishes. Adding a bit of butter, chicken stock or milk will enhance reheated dishes!
Turkey: Gently reheat in the oven covered in foil. Drizzle with chicken broth or a few tablespoons of gravy when nearly finished. Please ensure turkey is cooked through.
Stuffing: Top stuffing with a bit of chicken stock (1/4 cup) if you have it & 2 tablespoons of butter, although not necessary for delicious stuffing.
Potatoes: Stir between reheating in microwave. Add 1 tablespoon of butter & milk if needed.
Sweet Potatoes: Gently reheat in oven covered, remove foil at the end if desired.
Rolls: May be served room temperature of warmed in the oven in foil for about 10 minutes.
Butter: Pull out of fridge early.
Baked Brie: Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until pastry is golden. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers, apples, sliced baguettes or crostinis & don't forget the port sauce.
