About Our Central Coast Catering Company

Launched by owner Chef Seth White in 2005, Pacific Harvest has built a reputation for providing top-notch fare using fresh local ingredients and client-vision style event planning. Our energetic staff caters events for 20 to 400 guests that regularly include elegant wine country weddings, corporate retreats, appetizer parties, and rustic barbecues in Paso Robles, Templeton, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande and throughout the Central Coast.

Seth’s approach to event catering is inspired by his love of nature and the flavors that come to peak each season.  He constantly strives to craft creative menus that fit the taste and vision of his clients while incorporating local organic produce. His culinary experience started long before he launched Pacific Harvest. Seth worked his way up through the kitchens of upscale restaurants in Northern California starting at the age of 14. Today, Seth leads a group of staff chefs and cooks who work to make each catering event on the Central Coast a successful one. 

Dawn White, co-owner and business manager of Pacific Harvest, found her love of event catering by working at local restaurants while attending Cal Poly where she developed a love for food and hospitality. After graduting, she became a food & business reporter for the San Luis Obispo Tribune where she wrote local industry articles and restaurant reviews for popular Central Coast eateries such as Artisan and Windows on the Water.  

Dawn and Seth White reside nearby and are the lucky parents of two daughters.
