PHC ToGo June 12th Cooking tips:

Please note ovens can vary!

Preheat oven to 325. Place lasagna on sheet pan. Remove lid & place foil over lasagna. Cook for 40-50 minutes. Remove foil & cook additional 15 minutes (this may vary). Lasagnas should be golden on sides. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.

Other tips: Foil should be removed or loosened to avoid cheese sticking to it. Lasagna should reach reach at least 160 degrees F.
