Pacific Harvest Catering is the culmination of Chef Seth White's passion for using fresh local fare to craft the most flavorful and sustainable cuisine.

His approach to catering has been deemed ‘fresh and elegant’ and has established Pacific Harvest as one of the Central Coast's premier caterers, serving Paso Robles to Santa Barbara.

In March 2008, Chef White returned from a culinary trip to Europe where he studied Mediterranean cuisine and worked with top chefs in Portugal’s prestigious Douro Valley wine country.

But his culinary experience started long before he launched Pacific Harvest Catering. He began working in restaurants in Northern California at the age of 14 and quickly earned a name for himself through his work ethic and innovative style.

He and his staff have catered an array of events including Hollywood movie sets, car commercials, corporate functions, winemaker dinners, fundraisers, and intimate wine country weddings, treating all with the upmost importance and care.

He and wife Dawn have long been known as the pair that works eloquently together-Seth creating sumptuous cuisine while Dawn is the event coordinator, overseeing the service and execution. Together, their knowledge of tasteful cuisine and upscale service has formed their reputation as one of the Central Coast’s most sought-after caterers.
